Dave Matthews Band
The Dave Matthews Band is the greatest concert band I have witnessed since The Grateful Dead. My first DMB show was in 1996, at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre in Indianapolis – a show I will always remember because I came away from that show with a new favorite band. Over the years I have seen Dave and the boys perform 16 times in many different venues – and always just as great as the first.
Our hearts go out to the band and the family of Leroi Moore. The band will survive but will never be the same without his amazing performance. His talent has touched us all, we all lost a friend.
But – the show must go on!
The new album “Big Whiskey and The Groo Grux King” is a smash hit. The best since Crash in my opinion. So this is the summer to see Dave and the band.
